If you are concerned, you can use sanitizing wipes designed for brest pumps. They are made by Madella. I can only find them at Target. Wipe down the parts after rinsing and let them air dry for 10 minutes. You can also steam them when you have more time (during your lunch break) Madella and Munchkin make steam bags. You add a few ounces of water and steam them in the microwave for about three minutes. I also use them when I forget to make time to boil the parts, pacifiers, or bottles at home.

You should be okay as long as you are washing them in warm to hot water each time. You don't need to go nuts and since you are also doing a final cleaning at home that sounds reasonable. -- CPC Take the Baby Quiz at: www.gameswithbaby.com

anyone pumping at work? if so, do you wash and dry all parts after each time? is it okay if there is a little water still in the parts? at three times a day i find my self rinsing my parts and storing them in the fridge between pumpings. then i do my best to dry everything before i use it again, but on a 15 min break this wastes valuable time! is this okay??? each night i take all parts home and clean thoroughly.
