I don't take prescription fish oil pills but I do take supplements. I would tell your sister to ask the Dr about the color because I haven't observed that.

Did she change anything else? Diet? Prenatal Vitamins? There are lots of things other than the omega-3s that could be causing her problem. Best bet is to let a professional sort it out!

Hi everyone. Most of you probably don't remember me, but I used to be a regular here. Its been over a year since I last posted though. My question - my sister just found out she is pregnant, due in March. Her doctor prescribed her fish oil pills and she said her bowel movements have been green since she started taking them. I know, probably TMI, but I don't remember that happening to me. Is anyone else taking those pills? Is that a normal side effect? Thanks.
