feeling heart brooken, can't connect to my 4 y.

She was the baby of my dreams.
I was so ready to be a mom and just loved her with all my heart!
Now 4 years later, it seems like we are living our selfs apart.
I decided for her sick to have another baby, she can play with, won't be alone later .....
Then somehow it seems that I am more relaxed with my second child (2 years old) they are 22 months apart.
My first one, she doesn't listen, cry's so much for very little reasons, and fights a lot with her sister.
Yes, jealousy you think, that is right, even though she does loves her sister, but she is also jealous.
I have tried in my eye's everything to reconnect with her, but it seems it does never last long, until she gets me up the palm tree.
Anyone having the same problems?
Please I would love to be a wonderful mom you love to think of, not one with short temperament and being loud all the time.
I don't have much patients, which is another hard effect and also don't like to play.
But love to teach, to watch movies together or go to the park.
Any help is very much appreciated.
