I wouldn't worry about it. Being scared or nervous is only natural. I'm pregnant too, with our 3rd and I'm also quite nervous, (about the labor part.)
Seeing a doctor should help calm you down too.
No two pregnancies are the same, that's for sure! But they're usually different in a good way. I've felt this one kicking since 14 weeks and it's almost non stop, unlike our other two were.

Hey!
Well i am 6 weeks pregnant with my second child, my first is 19 months. For the first pregnancy and labour i was so confident and and cool about it, but this time i'm so scared. I don't know why. Is it natural ?
I'm so afraid something will be wrong this time. You know the saying, the second is never the same as the first.
