I lived on ginger ale, crackers and lemon drops!! :) Other than that just try not to let yourself get hungry. Snack throughout the day.

I heard somewhere about keeping a lemon in a zip lock bag... keeping it with you wherever you go. Take a whiff of it when you smell something that gets you nauseous... supposedly works like a charm. Hope that helps in the smells departments!

Leave crackers next to your bed and also in the other places you frequent in the house (I used tupperware to store them and I took them in a to-go bag when I left the house, too, along w/ water and snacks. It's good practice for the diaper bag later, lol.). Wake up and eat a couple crackers before you even get out of bed and then anytime you feel the nausea starting up. Ginger helps but it's strong and spicy... I tried flavored apple ginger chews and couldn't handle them but the ginger sugar candies aren't too bad and then there's ginger tea. You can find these at the health food grocery. Other than that, wait it out. It's miserable, but for most women, it will eventually end. :)

hm, I've tried peppermint, and that makes it worse, but not ginger. I am going to get on that ASAP!! Thanks! Hopefully it works!

I had severe morning sickness through both of my pregnancies. They actually had to put me on meds both times to prevent dehydration. Now, nausea can be relieved by peppermint and ginger. Preggie pops are also a nausea life saver. Best of luck to you.

It's still going strong... In fact I just had my husband put his hand on my stomach and could feel it churning. I'm 3 months along and have been this way from 5 weeks. I had none at all with my first two, so this really bites!!
