Oh, well that is actually more relatable to me actually! With both of my first 2 children I had bleeding (just spot bleeding) into my 5th month. And I have 2 VERY healthy boys! No worries, some women just spot some.
It goes the same with the discharge though, look for what I described to you... That is what they are concerned for, but its not really likely that that will happen.

P.S. I'm 14 weeks, due March 27th, we are about the same!

sORRY FIRST TRIMESTER IAM 13 WEEKS THIS HAS JUST MADE MY MIND GO TO MUSH. iT'S NOT ALOT OF BLEEDING BUT IT JUST DRIVES ME NUTS TO SEE ANY.

Well I am slightly confused... How far along are you? Are you near your due date and are you dilated? Are you having Braxton Hicks and wanting to know what the difference of real labor will be?...
If you are close to your due date and they are wanting you to look for your mucus plug (thats what you discribed) then it shoud be considerably different then spotting. Its like a clotted together discharge that is cloudy, ranging from pinkish to grayish...
If you are having Braxtons and want to know the difference, they will be WAY more intense and more regular. You probably will feel the pressure of your babies head as well with each contraction.

ok iam told this is normal but iam still worried. Went to the hospital Baby is fine but still worried suppose to be looking for grayish membranes or pinlk discharge.Am I relly going to be able to tell the difference?? will the cramping be worse or what?? thanks.
