There's a little bit of jealousy, especially when I'm holding Ian in my lap feeding him. Eric is a good little hleper when it comes time to throw diapers away. He even tells me when the baby is crying. Ian handled his shots really well too. It's not too hard having two kids. Good luck! eric and iansmommy Mary eric and iansdaddy Eric Eric 5/1/05 Ian 12/19/07 over 16lbs!! -- Mary-mommy to Eric and Ian Eric-daddy to Eric and Ian

Wow! It sounds like he's doing great! I cried too the first time my son got shots.. it's too bad the needles are so large and there are so many they give them.. How is Eric doing with Ian? Is there any jealousy at all? -- Lora-35, Joe-42 Flynn Joseph, son-born 4-7-07 www.ronpaul2008.com

Hi! I am sort of new to this board. I used to post on baby's firsts boards, but I've just been too busy. Well, today my youngest son has his first shots. He will be three months old on the 19th and he is getting so big! We go back to the doctor next Tuesday for his two month check-up. He was supposed to have that today but there was a mix up. According to my scale he weighs a little over 16lbs. He weighed only 6lbs.3ozs at birth and was 18inches long. I think that he's about 22-23 inches long now. He's doing okay right now after his shots. He's been a tad bit fussy though. My oldest son handled his shots a lot better when he was a baby. I hate it when my children have to get shots because it makes me want to cry. Well, good luck to all the other mommies out there!! eric andiansmommy Mary eric andiansdaddy Eric Eric 5/1/05 Ian 12/19/07 over 16lbs!! -- Mary-mommy to Eric and Ian Eric-daddy to Eric and Ian
