Honestly, I am not sure about this. I remember asking my doctor many of times and as far as I can remember it is ok as long as it's not something you take regularily or something that is too strong.
Do you have a humidifier? We bought one of those Vicks Humidifiers and they are amazing for both mom and dad and baby too.

My daughter is just about 9 weeks old. Now that the weather is beginning to cool off, I already have a cold and sore throat. Are cold medicines okay for me to take while I'm breastfeeding by bottle? Most meds do say to contact my doctor before use. Does anyone have some good advice?
