what does it feel like when the baby is passing through the birth canal? i heard some women say it feels kindof like going to the bathroom. How was it for you and did you have episiotomy?

I Think every baby is diferent,but with my first baby I was 1 week over due, I was going in that morning at 10am for a non -stress test, I woke up at 5am with stomach pains going to the bathroom every 5min I thought I just had diarrhea, my husband got up went to work I did not say anything about my cramps, i ended up walking to the hospital at 7am wich was a block away,and thay told me I was in labor I dont think I'v ever bin so scard in my life, everything went just fine my 8.11 pound baby boy was born at 2pm that afternoon,

What does it feel like when in labour

I was just wondering what it feels like when your really in labour because im scared my husband works 6 hours away so i was just wondering what to look for so i know when i really need to call him home (if its real or false)
