I use a Moby Wrap and I love it. It distributes the baby's weight so it's very comfortable to wear your baby as they grow. You can also tie it to carry different ways so you can use it as a sling type carrier or use it to carry in front, on your hip or on your back.

FREE baby items!

Sep 29, 2009 8:59 AM
Hi there,
I'm going to be a new mom and was searching around online for some free items. I found a bundle package that came with the: stroller, carseat, playpen, and bassinet. I just thought there would be some parents out there who could really use the new items. I received mine a few days ago and feel so much more prepared for my little girl's arrival. This place makes you fill out a few offers that can be cancelled after you get your FREE stuff. Hope this helps!

The Bjorn was great for the first few months.

We tried several (many baby stores around here let you demo various carriers) and liked the Ergo Baby Carrier best by a longshot. Our boy is 22 months now and still likes riding in it - when he's not running around like a madman!

It has a lot of different configurations - we see a lot of people with this carrier around here (SF Bay Area California).

baby carriers

Aug 3, 2008 9:51 AM
hi. just wondering what types of carriers everyone uses?

just bought the baby bjorn air (used fo 12.99!) and was thinking of getting one of the following:

over the shoulder baby holder, mei tai, or a ring sling

baby weighs 12-13lbs now. i'd like one that can grow with her.

any advice?

i have an infantino carrier (i think that's the brand) but it is too hot, that's why i bought the bjorn air. but am looking for others that might distribute babys weight differently...
