Hi, everyone my name is Aanda I'm 21 yr old mother of a 10 1/2 month old and i'm goin on 11 weeks pregnant again i dont know what to do I'm confused!
:-Hi Fallon My name is Sharika and i am 28 yrs old, also going to be a first time mom of a baby boy in Feb. I am also going to be a single mom. My story is a little different but we still have a lot in common. I moved to Alabama from New York after I became pregnant and although my boyfriend and I are somewhat still together (if that's what you want to call it ) I am alone he is back home and not as responsible as I am and from the looks of things we are not going to be together much longer. So I also believe that a lot of us are not so lucky at all with men. I am 26 weeks along now and found out when I was 6 weeks so it has been a long road. How are you feeling? I am an expert on morning sickness so feel free to ask me anything that you want to know about that or anything else for that matter. I would be happy to be of any support that I can help you cope because i feel that us mothers must stick together and I know exactly what your going through cause I am really nervous and anxious myself. Good luck and I hope to hear from you.
P.S I have also done the book and internet research on pregnancy and it is very overwhelming.

Hello Fallon! Well I'm sorry to hear about you being a single mommy...BUT the GOOD news is that means more baby for you! =) I think that the BEST kind of exercise you can possibly do is keep your mind and your body healthy! I think dedicating an hour a day to rub your belly and talk to your baby is great, they say the baby can hear you while he/She is living in your stomache. Music is GREAT for your babies, classical is the best, it's supposed to make them smarter! One thing you have to avoid while being pregnant is lifting your hands over your head. It can cause the umbilical cord to wrap around the babies neck. One thing that I did during my pregnacy is lay down and rub lotion on my belly and either hum, sing, or play relaxing music! Not only is it relaxing but it helps prevent stretch marks! GET THE MOST REST IN THAT YOU CAN before he/she gets here! I wish you the best of luck! I hope I helped.
